22lb Turkey

I bought and defrosted a 22lb Turkey. Will I be able to smoke it in the Smoker Model #2D-Digital WiFi at 275 degrees?

That's a really large bird and the standard concern I've always heard is about getting it through the 'danger zone' of temperature quickly enough.  Since you have the DW, crank the heat up to 325.  There is no advantage and lots of disadvantage to going low/slow with turkey.

Won't be pretty but spatchcocking it might speed thing up and if you plan on crisping the skin on a grill or under a broiler, having the bird splayed open high give more uniform crisping.

Thanks...I will crank it up to 325 and spatchcock the turkey.

Have a Happy Thanksgiving!
