Pork minus the smoke
« on: February 28, 2015, 09:30:29 PM »
Every year my daughter gets to pick her menu for a birthday dinner.  Tonight was dad's night to make it happen.  She picked "stir-fry" as the theme and I get to run with the rest.  I chose boneless pork country style ribs as the meat, marinated in char siu.

I slow cooked in the crock pot for 4 hours and then finished on the grill

Fired up the disc for the stir-fry

The Char Sui and stir fry looks good Dave. I like the wok on the burner. It probably gives a really hot flame to stir fry with. I can never get it hot enough on the electric stove to my liking.
