New to smoking and have enjoyed reading posts by the very knowledgeable folks here. Unlike many here, I am not in the cold. Low to mid 80's all week here along the SW FL gulf coast.
Condo rules, no Propane, charcoal, etc. Electric Smoker on lanai (screened porch)
MY #1 is cured and set for 1st smoke in the AM. 9.3 lb butt rubbed and injected sitting in the refer now. I'm a very early riser so expect to start my smoke sometime before 6 AM. Hopefully we will eat pork sometime tomorrow evening.. If not it's PB & J..
