Title: How about a couple of beer cans instead of water pan?

I know most use disposable pans for added moisture in Their smoker, but what do you think about putting a couple of beer cans next to the burner?  Would that be effective?  I’m new.

I drank them and then filled with water 😁 wouldn’t want good beer to go to waste.   Will see how it goes.

That should work just fine...  a single can would be more than enough.
