Baby Backs, 1 rack in the #1

We are empty nesters that often cook one rack of ribs in my #1. I am still playing with the cook times but they are much shorter than the baby back post that DM posted when smoking 3 racks. I've smoked 1 rack twice now. One was ready at 4.5 hours and the other at 4 hours. Just an FYI

Mine are ready in roughly the same time frame although I shoot for 5 hours. Sometimes it is meat dependent. All is good though!
