First time for an overnight smoke for me, but it is likely the first of many. Started with two small butts as a result of having guests on a 24 hr notice. A 3.14 lb and a 4.14 lb was closest i could match at my local Piggly Wiggly. Dropped them in Divotmaker pork brine recipe for 9 hrs, rubbed with our preferred homemade rub, refrigerated for more hrs, started the #2 at 10:00 pm, went to bed with my Maverick reading a probe in each butt. Woke up at 6:00 am to smaller butt iIT of 191° larger at 178°. Removed smaller but when it hit 194° @ 6:30 am, larger needed another hr till 7:30 am to hit 192°. Double wrapped in foil placed back in smoker with power off, box temp is 118°, IT of larger butt is 176° @ 9:15 am. I plan to turn smoker on again at 130° while at church from 10-12, and feast around 1 pm.
