St. Louis cut first smoke

Well been waiting for today to do my first batch in the #3. Gave them rub wraped them then put them in at 10:40. from what I been reading about 5 hrs. 4 oz hickery 6 racks of ribs lots of room glad I got #3.
If it walks, crawls, slizzers, or even grows from the grownd smoke it.

well Ive only got one thing to say. Best ribs Ive ever had. Put them on at 10:40, smoked three hour swithched top and third shelf, turn temp up 210 tilol 5:10 turned to 225 laST HR wow cant say any thing else but wow. did put pan bud light and apple juice in. 4.5 ounces hickery. my boys just couldnt get enough:) boy Im happy. Used cosco rib rub heavy onr side light other wipped heavy side before smoke.SAtubbs bq sause with 4habanarow peppers no seeds home canned. perfect a little heat not bad perfect.

Glad to hear of the success, Randy!  Dare I hope that you've got some pics?

The great thing is that this is just the first great smoke of many ... congrats!
