Griddles
« on: April 27, 2021, 11:52:55 PM »
Any griddles in here?  I just picked up a Blackstone 28” a couple of months ago and love this thing!  Breakfast, hibachi, phillys, pizza, fajitas...all amazing to cook on this.  Saw a great video where they used smoked brisket to make tacos.

I’ve got a Blackstone and love it. Smash burgers are second to none in my opinion!

I have a cast iron griddle I use on my gasser and love it. I’ve eyed the blackstone type griddles many times, but haven’t pulled the trigger on one. And like Mike says, smash burgers!!!!!!!!

Also, nice to see another New Mexican on the board!

We have a :edge griddle for the kitchen.  I've been thinking of gettin a one of the Little Griddles for the grill.  I got a couple for my son and they are great.

That little griddle is cool! I like not having to add another heat source or stand-alone unit to my outdoor kitchen, and it is portable, could be used when I go camping. Thanks for sharing that!
