Auber and programming
« on: January 10, 2021, 07:58:21 PM »
Basically have read through the Auber threads, most are real old.
I have a (now) generic ss insulated smoker box (akin to a SI 3.5).  So....an Auber was needed to run it.

I'm having trouble understanding the programming.
C01 -  140   E01  t    t01  .05,  what does this tell me???
C02 - 225   E02  t  t02   2,  this is 2hrs at 225
C03 - 140  E03  t  t03  1, hold at 140 for an hour.

So, C01,2,3 is cabinet temp
E01,2,3 is either time or temp to achieve a desired result of cook to time or temp.
I have the Auber 1510gph/ meat and cabinet probe.

I have autotuned:  P-49,  I-923,  D-230.  I want to do 2 pork butts~20lbs this weekend.
Just go with C01- 235,E01- f, and F01- 195?.
Thanks,
Paul B
