Always thinking ahead. Possibly geared toward commercial kitchens?

I saw the 5D FB post yesterday. I really liked the double door design. It seemed like one could get short duration things out without letting out all the heat and smoke.

Intriguing indeed. Anxious to see all the specs and features and benefits. And I thought I was through looking at an dreaming about another smoker. You never know, but sometime I have to stop this madness.

What are some examples of these short duration things. I would like to explore the possibilities.

Going to be interesting to see the full description and pricing on the main site.

Suspence and Anticipation is building, building, building! Happy I have been learning patience with this broken shoulder.

The SI Facebook page quotes a price of $2299.99. It was also stated that SI was waiting for new packaging to come in (and we all know what great care Steve takes when packing and shipping).

I stand corrected on the price. Per the description on the main site, price is $2399.99. Still with free shipping.
