Title: It was a Pulled Pork kind of Saturday
Post by: shrews824 on February 09, 2018, 12:34:54 PM: Did another butt last weekend. I believe this one was the best we've ever done.
9.02 lbs. Smoked at 225 with hickory. Took only 12 hrs. 30 minutes to hit 197 internal temp.
Let rest for an hour then pulled.

For sure, it was definitely a quality piece. Only $0.99/lbs. too!!! Couldn't beat it.
