Rib prep..

Just a quick question, do you normally put ribs in the smoker from the fridge or do you let them sit out for awhile to warm up after applying rub?

Joe.....Normally mine go straight from the fridge into the smoker with good results.

Go right from the fridge to the smoker, no need to warm them up on counter.   Enjoy!

Joe,

Like the others noted, put them right from the refrigerator cold, this way they will take on more smoke.
