Howdy from Sugar Land!

Happy to have a #1 on the way and wanted to jump start my smoking career by joining the forum!  I'm a complete novice when it comes to smoking meat (but quite experienced at EATING it!!).   Looking forward to giving pork shoulder and salmon a try as soon as I can!
