I bought this book when I first started making sausage. Theres a wealth of information about herbs and spices along with info on most of the equipment needed to get you going. But I really like that theres over 200 sausage recipes from the author who was a custom sausage maker for many many years.
I've tried five or six of the recipes and I liked every one of them. This book is my go to resource for sausage and jerky making and I refer to it often.
If you're thinking about getting into sausage making then this book should be on your short list of must have books! Highly recommended!
