Just ordered the #3!

I'd talked to Steve Lamier via email at the very end of March and told him I was trying to decide between the #2 and #3.  Fastforward to now and I just finished moving into my new place and this is my housewarming gift to myself this evening.

I am loving this new forum and your posts ... it definitely helped set my mind to pulling the trigger on the big boy.  Looking forward to bouncing ideas off everyone; I'll update as smoker arrives.

Craigsa, I know how you feel.  FedEx shows the 14th as D-Day for me and I plan to season the same day.  Friday will be a bacon wrapped fatty, Saturday will be two racks of St. Louis spares and Sunday will be a beautiful prime brisket I picked up today.

This weekend will be a carnivore's dream ...

Woot!  It arrived a day early and complete setup, from opening the box to wheeling it to the patio, was less than 30 minutes.  Seasoning will commence in T-15 minutes ... and tomorrow the festivities begin.

If I didn't have a vacation this week I'd have to call in sick through Friday ...
