Looks like a good company, Scott!  I've never seen them before.  I notice they use paprika in their Santa Maria rub; what do you think about that?  I haven't seen any reference to paprika in any of my research into the SM BBQ rubs.

They kinda tweaked the Santa Maria...it is a salty/sweet mixture...........

I use demerara sugar in mine, and really like it.  I was just curious about the paprika - that's a new one.
