Looking at 34 degrees Saturday in central Iowa. Can my #2 hold its own for six hour smoke at 235?

Letter rip potato chip!

I’ve used mine over night during the winter, in the 10-20s. It has worked great when I’ve done some of the longer, overnight cooks.

I never checked, but I have had no issues making great food in the Michigan winter. There have been a few occasions when I was first loading the smoker the temp dial was frozen. So during the winter I keep it set on 225 and control the on/off with the power cord.
