Thanks for posting this David. I may have to look at the smoke generator a bit. I don’t have an issue with smoking the sausage I make with chips, but I’d like to get more smoke time. I like how this was on the side of the unit rather than the front door.

The andouille looked really good too!

I thought the Bella only got 3-4 hours, will have to reconsider knowing it will get 8 hours.

I thought that was a great tip on on the video, running the blade and the stuffer plate to get a very course grind.
