Title: Flashing?
Post by: SuperDave on March 02, 2015, 09:53:24 PM
Yesterday I did a butt and had the program set to run on time and not temperature. When the meat probe hit 200, that side of the Auber flashed "200" and "AH". Anyone know why it did that?

Sounds like you accidentally set a high limit alarm for the meat probe.

TEMP1, Left window - During normal operation, it displays the temperature values of probe 1. When the high or low limit alarm of probe 1 is on, this window will flash between the alarm type (AH1or AL1) and the temperature. In the parameter setting mode, it displays the controller's system parameters.

Details on setting the high/low limit alarms are in the quick guide page 11 here - http://auberins.com/images/Manual/WSD-1200GPH/Quick%20Guide%20for%20WSD-1200GPH_v1.0.pdf
