Chicken wings
« on: July 15, 2018, 02:45:24 PM »
Made 9 pounds of chicken wings this morning. Are usually smoke mine at 200° for two hours. Then let them cool and then freeze in smaller batches . And then I just warm them up on the grill

These look great! I’m actually looking for a recipe to cook up a batch I got through a mail order company. What did you use for these?

I marinate them overnight in just enough Frank’s red hot and honey to cover them. Then I sprinkle them with Memphis dust  and smoke .
