The blocks received are approximately 2x2x2. Without using a scale, is there a rule of thumb to determine how many blocks to use to reach the recommended ounces?

Went to the Smokin it info email and got a quick reply. Each block is 1.2 ounces.

Welcome to the forum Henry from SE Arizona. You may want to get an inexpensive digital scale sometime down the road.
