Title: Two Carolina Roosters in a #1

Just got them brined with dogs help.  Trying to figure type wood, time, etc. for this smoke.  Newbie...need help!

I'd give them a rub down with some bacon grease and let the pups have a good time!
Seriously, nice to think of the pups.  They will enjoy, without the bacon grease.  And the toys should last a little longer.
