Just sayin' Hi. Been smokin since the 80's. West central Mo.
Also have WSM22.5 Same on kettle grill. Smoke hollow vertical charcoal smoker, use for cold smoking cheese and peppers. Got another cold smoker for bacon, built myself, seperate firebox. Bought Smokinit for sausage mainly. No rookie here.
