Greetings from NC
« on: July 11, 2021, 06:54:59 AM »
Coulda sworn I’d joined earlier, but perhaps not … so hello, again.
Have had the #3 for a few months, and loving it! Much better footprint/space than my BGE, a lot less hassle, and still good smoke flavor. Wish it would go a little hotter, but nothing is perfect, and why we need/justify multiple devices  :)
Tim in E.NC
SI#3 analog, Lg BGE, Weber Performer, Vidalia 440, Blackstone 22 … if you can’t stand the heat, get off the patio.
