6 smokes so far (butts and ribs mostly). Each better than the last - due to this forum and "live and learn". Have used an offset stick burner for many years, but made the move to more hands off (and less polluting smoke). Love the wood efficiency and the ease of temperature control. Will never go back to watching the firebox. More happy smokes to come!
