« on: October 05, 2020, 06:37:54 AM »
Can anyone tell me the diameter of the holes and the thickness of the chip screen insert for a 3D smoker?

Thank you!

I just measured with a tape measure, so allow for a small margin of error.  I put the hole diameter at 1/8" and the thickness at 1/16".

Steve answered my email.  The thickness is 20 Gauge   (.0375 inch or .9525 mm)

Thank you for the follow-up...  I guess it's somewhat thinner than I measured.  I've always wanted to pickup a calipers; I guess I should go ahead and do that.  A tape measure just isn't that accurate at and under 1/16". (At least not in my hands...)
