Passion Fruit Ice Cream
« on: September 06, 2015, 09:37:05 AM »
Normally I made Mango ice cream, but for some reason the grocery stores around me had none in stock. So for this recipes I used frozen Goya Passion fruit pulp.

INGREDIENTS
•   2 (14 oz.) passion fruit (you can also use Mango) found in the frozen section of the grocery store.
•   1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
•   1 (8 oz.) whipped topping - cool whip extra creamy
•   1 t. lemon juice
•   1 t. vanilla

DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until blended smooth. Place in a dish with a tight fitting lid and place in the freezer for 4 hours and allow it to freeze.

Remove and dish up with an ice cream spoon and enjoy.

John,

I don't think you would like the taste from the aerosol. I would either use real whip cream or the cool whip.
