I’m saving to get a smokin-it smoker. Was wondering on how many baby back ribs you can fit in the 3D vs 3.5D?

I limit myself to 2 racks of ribs per cooking rack so as to not impede the smoking process of ribs on the upper racks.

Old Sarge, is that laying flat? Cut in half? I didn't think the racks would fit that much.
