Would like to know what would be the time, temp and amount of wood to do this. And any other suggestions that would help.

That's a big ham! If it fits, I don't see why not. Are you talking about a green ham, or a second smoke on a already-cooked ham?

it is a already smoked ham so will be a second smoke
