My new #3 should be here Monday.  Coming from a Brinkmann red electric smoker this should be quite the upgrade!

Hi Jay and welcome from the Keys. I have had my #3 for a couple of years now and liked it so much that I bought a second one. They are great units.

#3 arrived today.  Beautiful piece of equipment. Seasoning right now.  Hope to use it one of these weekends.
