Hello guys and gals,
I’ve been a long time reader on this forum and have been smoking foods for 22 years. I started out with a stainless electric vertical cylinder smoker from cabelas that I used for prob 15 years. Also had a offset wood burning cheaper barrel smoker. I’ve been wanting a Smokin-It for quite a few years. Kids always stole my smoker fund money for school clothes and shoes. Finally bought a 3.5 WiFi at thanksgiving last year. Also bought the Bella cold smoke and James jerky dryer. Haven’t used them yet but eventually will.  I’ve done at least a dozen smokes so far and all successful and easy which was another reason for wanting a Smokin-It. I’ll post some of them in a little bit. Just saying hi and thanks for all the info that made my smokes successful!

Smokin-It #3 (purchased in 2014) that replaced a Masterbuilt XL (ugh) and a 10+ Year-Old Big Chief (still used for fish), and few others over the years, along with variety of Weber Gas/Charcoal Grills, Anova Sous Vide, etc. devices.
