Title: Hey y'all! New member from WI. Well, WI for now..

Hey folks! Just registered, discovered this forum, and used our spanking new 2A to smoke some baby backs last evening.  Bought a 10lb. brisket for the weekend. I plan to dig in to this forum, and have already perused a number of posts. Anyhow, off to ask my first question, but don't wish to include it in my intro.

Welcome to the forum. 
I couldn't get good smoked baby back ribs until I got my Smokin-It smoker, now my relatives always want to eat here.
