You will love your smoker, I've had my 3D for over 5 years, no problem and just upgraded to a WiFi unit on top.  Also, I attached the Bella myself by drilling the 3/4" and smaller holes in the stainless steel.  I'll attach a few pictures but also, this was my first time drilling into SS so I looked on YouTube and found a great video using just plain water as a lubricant and using a hand drill was able to drill all three holes.  The 3/4" hole I used a step up drill and was before I started using just water for the lubricant.  The smaller holes I stared with a 1/8" bit and moved up.  I also installed hand rivets, 1/4' x 20 threads and that worked great so I can take the Bella on and off when I need to.  Here's a few pictures, smoker is going strong outside as I'm typing this.

Congratulations on your purchase. I got a 3D WI-FI and a Bella CSG.  I haven’t had the opportunity to use the Bella yet, although sausage making is on the schedule this week, but I’m very happy with my 3D WI-FI. Let us know how that Bella works for you. 👍

Thanks Sarge.  I had some slight problems while testing the Bella.  First, moisture built up and the pellets broke up the top half of the Bella.  I opened the vent wide open, this did help but what really helped and how I will use the Bella going forward, was to put a spring on one side of the Bella acting like a chimney like they use in the Smoke Daddy, the two smaller units.  This “chimney” acted in a way to keep the pellets from softening with moisture and they burned all the way to the bottom of the Bella.  The burn was cleaner, nice blue smoke and no chips were used, just pellets.  I’m very pleased now how the Bella performs with the spring chimney just leaning up against the inside.  The spring is 7” long, I.D. is 1/2” and O.D. is 3/4”.

Someone else had a similar problem a few days ago on another forum and I suggested adding a spring. Thanks for posting!

Thank you Sarge for the other posts, that spring seems to work great as I also had to push down the pellets several times to get them down towards the bottom to burn before the spring.  When I cleaned out Bella, before the spring,  there were a lot of unburned pellets left that partially burned.  That spring allows airflow all the way to the bottom, Total good clean burn with the spring now, thanks again for your post Sarge!

Thanks for the spring idea guys. I have a medium Smoke Daddy from the past, so I will definitely use that spring in my Bella. That is going to work out great for my sausages. 👍

I checked with Steve on the moisture/clogging issue.  100% pellets will cause moisture to form, and you could leave the  top lid off and see if that helps (I would place a steel screen across the open top 'just in case').  With chips being drier than pellets, a mix will work better.   Or just use chips.  He was also going to look into the spring issue and do some evaluating.
