Auber in the Rain
« on: January 17, 2021, 06:59:16 PM »
My set-up lives outside, so I modified a storage container from Target to allow operation of the Auber in rainy weather.  The top has no holes that would allow water to leak through.  I’ve never operated in a real storm, and would not recommend this for a deluge, but drizzly/gentle rain has been no problem.  Holes in the side and in the bottom allow heat to escape and moisture to drain. Holes in the rear allow power cords and probe cables to exit. I’ll be adding another container to house the smoker air pump.
