Chilled, slicing and preparing for Vacuum Packing. Total of 68 Vacuum Packages, 3.2-3.5 oz each. $1.67 a package or meal for my Bride and I of Prime Goodness. Weston Pro 2300 has not missed a beat in over 6 years.

Nice work...  it's almost time for me to do a couple briskets.  I had to lay off for a while because my freezer was full.  :)

Well, I am impressed.  Nice looking briskets. And that slicing looks good too.  But I didn't see the burnt ends.  :D
