I believe that tater tots are somewhat cooked already.  Cooking a little longer will get the job done.  I wouldn't even be opposed to letting them thaw beforehand.

If someone has a bypassed unit, or a "D" model, they can smoke it at 375!

I think you could just cook longer at 250. Nothing needs to "cook". It just needs to get hot and melty.
