Congrats on your first success, Namerif!  You helped answer the question about how these smokers perform in cold weather (from another post on the subject).  Sounds like you're off to a great start!

Next time you smoke pulled pork, I highly recommend finding an 8-10 lb bone-in Boston butt pork shoulder.  It is, hands down, the best cut of pork for pulled pork (IMO).  I've used "picnic cut" shoulders (the lower part of the front leg), but the results aren't as good.  Check out the pork forum (hehe.  Still funny when we say "pork forum") for some really good pulled pork recipes!
