Sorry to but in--but suddenly seems right. What is the right--recommended vacuum packaging system for dry aging meet. I am aware of the UMAi system only.

Tony, I have some large vacuum bags that are wider than my machine so I do a first seal on an angle, cut the opening square, and then vacuum seal.

Gotcha, Bob! And Dale - the UMAi bags are the only dry-age bags I know of, and work great.
