My first attempt to use smoker.
« on: May 29, 2016, 02:00:12 AM »
Wonderfully done chicken wings, dry rubbed them, stored in fridge for 3 hours, smoked them set at 250 for hour and a half, took them out and added sauce and back again for about 45 minutes, then I broiled them in oven toaster on 500f for about 4 to 5 min. They were yummy!
