How to Reset Auto-Tune
«

Hey Smoking-IT Family,
I am auto tuning my PID and realized once I started that I didn't program the steps. I turned off the Auber and turned it back on, programmed the steps, but the auto-tune keeps flashing. Is this OK? Will it auto tune with the correct steps or do I have to start the auto tune over? If so, how do I do it?

"-AT-" will flash for an hour to an hour and a half. It will stop flashing when the auto tune is done. Tell us what your PID results are and we can judge if it is in the ballpark.

T, when you turn on the AT in settings, it will continue until complete, even if you change the program. Made the same mistake on my first AT, too!

OK. The auto tune completed. My results are:
P 68
I 626
D 156
Are we in the ballpark or do I need to let it cool and run autotune again?

Looks pretty good, to me. Smoke something, and see how close it holds.

Thanks DM... You are da bomb dot com.... I will try to smoke something tomorrow. Is there anything else I need to do? If it doesn't come out as planned, should I try to auto tune again?

I think those settings should keep it pretty close. If it doesn't, let me know, and we'll take it from there!
