I wanted to try some vinegar based sauce for my pulled pork today. I found this little gem.
1.5 cups apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup water
1 TBSP sugar
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
I made this before its nice compliment for pulled pork.

Sounds like a thin NC glaze. I sure like vinegar-based sauces, so I'll have to give this a shot!
