Title: 3D arrived today missing a rack

When I opened the 3D I was expecting cardboard and styrofoam per the sticky post about unpacking.  There was no cardboard and a couple pieces of broken styrofoam.  I'm also missing one rack.  The description on the site says it comes with four and I only received  three.  Do you think I got a smoker that had been returned?  Also, why is there a small wrench included?

The small wrench is for installing the caster wheels. You should probably place a call to Steve.

Yes, definitely call Steve and I am sure he will send you a fourth rack.

I received two wrenches.  I used the one for the casters but the other one is a lot smaller, maybe 1/4".

I still think the small wrench has a purpose that remains a mystery.  I kept mine just in case. One never knows!
