customer service shout out

Hail ruined our 3D cover so ordered a new one.  When it arrived found that a Model 3 plus cart cover was sent by accident.  Contacted Smokin-it and they immediately sent a 3D cover which arrived in just a few days.  The kicker?  kWhen I requested a return shipping label Steve shared with me to keep the jumbo cover instead of sending it back.  Ends up it fits my Weber Grill so came in handy.  Thanks Smokin-It and Steve for such prompt service.  Another reason to purchase an SI.

Did today start looking at the possibility of purchasing a cart unless some member was looking to drop one off in Colorado...

That was the sales pitch and it was cheaper for him to tell you to keep it!   Been there done that:)
