cut up leg quarters

The wife wants me to smoke some leg quarters that have been cut, any suggestions on time, temp. and placement of probes?

Lazy-Q Guideline:
Chicken Legs & Thighs -250°F , 2-4 hrs. , done 165° ,2-2½ oz.    Cherry, Hickory, Pecan, Apple, Maple

I put the probe into the thickest part of the thigh.  2.5-3 hrs is what I've seen.  I finish slightly higher at 172-175 IT (I've gone as high as 178 for thighs without issue).
