New 2D owner in Razorback country
« on: July 21, 2018, 11:22:14 AM »
Finally pulled the trigger on my first smoker; a 2D model.  I’ve been reading a lot on these forums about everything from everything from unpacking to seasoning the smoker to rubs to cooking temperatures and times.
Now looking forward to getting started myself! First up will be a few racks of pork ribs.  Can’t wait!
