Hello from Coastal NC
« on: July 16, 2018, 12:06:00 PM »
Good Afternoon,
I recently purchase a 2011 #2 from CL (Great Deal!). I am super excited about it and have some experience smoking and lots of experience slow cooking on my Wilmington Grill. I have slow cooked many Briskets and tons of Butts to perfection, which are popular here on the coast. That said, I have been reading lots of blogs on this site learning about this smoker and mods made. I'll be posting in the near future!

Ron,
Wilmington,NC
