Pork Butt is in the #3

Purchased a 8# butt Prairie Fresh from BJ’s. Rubbed it up with some Big Bald Rub. Trying a new method today, hot and fast due to the impending weather. I read some real good reviews for the higher temp. One thing about the butt, I did not need to trim at all, just a little scoring of the minimal fat cap.
