Good old meatloaf

I had a hankering for some smoked meatloaf so whipped one up. Maybe it’s been too long but this was fantastic and looking forward to sandwiches.

A local restaurant slicing meatloaf and brown it on a griddle. Very tasty and it would make a great sandwich. Enjoy!

That is my favorite part of having meatloaf. Using the leftovers to make sandwiches!
