Salmon and Halibut
« on: December 28, 2017, 06:12:52 PM »
Living in Alaska and wondering why the smokin-it booklet does not have any fish recipes.  Have Red salmon, King and Halibut in the freezer and want to smoke it.  Anyone have any recipes? I am good with the brine recipe.  I just need better, more detailed recipe than the Smoking Times, Temperature and Wood paper has which is the only place I find fish is mentioned.  Thanks

Have you tried the fish section of this forum? Lol.  Lots of information from cold smoking to hot smoking.

Definitely check out the FISH forum here...about 5 pages of recipes for smoking different kinds of fish.  Enjoy!
