First smoke was a little bumpy but I learned a lot. Smoker shut off after 3 hrs. because I didn't reset time from when I seasoned it. No biggie, I restarted. After 6 hrs. the ribs (6 racks) were a little over-done but very moist and yummy.

Tomorrow I'm going to smoke a pork shoulder that has been marinating since yesterday.

That is a large pile of ribs.  Good pullback on the meat.  Congratulations!
